How do I get a SQL Server installed and ready for use by Grade Manager?

Q: I need product xxx because it is required for use in your product yyy. Where do I get it?

A: Currently, the only products that may need to also be installed, along with links to the web sites of their respective companies are here:

MySQL
MS SQL Server
Web Server (We recommend Apache)
PHP

Q: How do I get a SQL Server installed and ready for use by Grade Manager?

A: That depends on if you want to install MS SQL Express or MySQL. The list below provides links to PDF files that explain how to install and prepare each one for use by Grade Manager or any other use that you desire.
